That was a ridiculous travel. Hell of a clutch shot, but obviously travel. I’m sure the refs were too scared to call it though.
He didn’t take 4 steps. Did he exceed the one step by the letter of the law, yes. So do most of the drives in NCAA basketball. Has nothing to do with the refs guts - it has to do with the speed of the players today. Travels are called on shuffle stops and on moving pivot feet. Very few drive travels are called anymore
I counted 11 steps.
You mean he is sober?
Many of those while he was also dribbling.
Well, obviously not traveling then.
Basket Cats: Assemble!
AZ and NM both need to win these games
It is the equivilent of cops watching people going 5 MPH over the speed limit zoom by. Are they speeding - yes. Will they get a ticket for it - very unlikely. Only the egrigous violators are likely to get the ticket.
I didn’t say he didn’t travel. I said he didn’t do anything that gets called for traveling.
Iowa State: done. Ole Miss moving on.
Injuries finally caught up to ISU, but even with injuries they were horrible tonight.
Arizona looked like they were going to get run out of the gym but they took a collective B.C. Powder and have the lead at halftime 42-38.
SEC Sets new record for having 7 teams in the sweet sixteen.
Arizona beats Oregon 87-83. The Wildcats become the fourth Big XII team in the Sweet 16.
Whew. That got a little to close for comfort, Cats made their FTs when it counted. Now they get Duke.
Lots of silly errors, and stomping on their peckers earlier on, but the BasketCats end up beating their old Pac-10 (sorry, I never liked the Pac-12) nemesis, the quack attack/phil knight memorial university.
Y’all have no idea how much I want to pay back those twat-waffles from dook for the 2001 National Championship.
It’s still too soon.
March on, UA.
Good job, Zona! Fuck Nike Tech
Maryland-Florida is surprisingly close
Alabama is ridiculous from the 3-point-line tonight. There’s no beating this by anyone.
Triple digits in a regulation length game means you’re pretty much scoring at will.
