Solid win by the Coogs. They’ve got a couple of relatively easy home games before they go to BYU.

As mentioned above: UH at BYU; but they also have Iowa State and Kansas on the road as well as Arizona at home. Tech’s got to play at Arizona, at Iowa State, and at BYU along with a KU home game. Arizona will be tested by Kansas and UH on the road as well as Tech, BYU, and Iowa State at home.

I know I’ve seen UCF play this year but I remember nothing about them. Guess I’m about to see what they’ve got at home vs Tech. Coogs on the 2nd screen.

Johnny Dawkins is a good coach but he just can’t get top talent there. And when he does get a 4star type, they transfer out, like Thiam transferring to Cincinnati.

Absolutely, midrange game too, he’s a modern-era big man. He needs to work on his back-to-basket game.
The UH vs Cincy all-time record is 33-18 in favor of the Bearcats. But UH has won the last 13 in a row.

Per the UH website, UH is up 14-13 since 2002
That just goes back to 2002. They spent a couple of years in the Missouri Valley in the late 50s when Cincinnati was a national power. Same in the 90s in Conference USA when the Coogs were bad and Bob Huggins had those Cincy teams winning big.

Yes…hence the “since 2002” 
I did not know or remember that UH was in the MVC back then.
I really liked watching some of those CUSA Cincy teams, but man it was easy to dislike Huggins.
UCF is putting Tech to the test. They’ve lead all game but Tech seems to be looming waiting to make a run.
