My alma mater curb stomps one of my best friends from flight school’s alma mater, Cal Poly, scoring 2 TDs and PATs to win 14-0.
Arizona hit 15 HRs in 3 games utilizing Nike U’s minor league stadium in Eugene.
They wait to see about their Super Regional fate.
No. 6 LSU comes back with three in the 9th to beat Little Rock, but No. 16 Southern Miss could not complete the comeback, falling to Miami. So that’s seven of the national seeds that got knocked out in the regionals. Two Super Regionals will feature two unseeded teams, as Miami will host Louisville and Duke will host Murray State.

Auburn’s 9th and 10th innings ended on line drives to infielders that doubled the lead runner on second with one out. Brutal way to lose. Auburn also was 1-11 with RISP. Ouch
BatCats weren’t much better. Had multiple chances when the game was 5-1 and even loaded the bases when it 8-1, but I think they went something like 1-9 with RISP. Ugh, just brutal.
Cardiac Cats win a thriller in Chapel Hill 10-8 and force the decisive third game!!
Great baseball game - high drama all afternoon with both teams trading leads and heaps of clutch hitting. The bullpens have to be absolutely gassed after that.
Touch wood, the BatCats keep the hits going mañana and can get a decent outing from their freshman starter Smith Bailey. No pressure, kid.
