Texas takes the series with a 9-7 comeback win. Starting pitching was pretty shaky this weekend but the pen improved.

It’s double-header day in the NCAA tournament. Texas will play Louisiana for the second time to win the right to play A&M for a second time. If Texas wins’ em both, they get A&M for the third time tomorrow in the regional final.

I have the sound off. When that last guy hit the home run and did a bat flip, more of a bat toss, really, the home plate ump immediately pointed at him. What was he indicating? Do teams get a certain number of bat flips? Is it like mound visits?

I would imagine that there are very few folks who go to Blinn that don’t follow on to A&M. Certainly everyone we knew in Brenham were die-hard A&M folks. I have to admit that I met you only after we were no longer spending much time there.
