The hilarity of this statement just about breaks my brain. Tech’s offensive line aggressively holds more than the rest of the college football combined. If all that rule-breaking can’t protect your QBs, well… You’re in trouble.
I think everybody is mostly in agreement that teams 1, 2 and 3 are Bama, Georgia and Ohio State in some order.
But who is the 4th team right now? I feel like there are 6 options. Tennessee, Michigan, Penn State, USC, Oklahoma State and Clemson. Maybe you can put Ole Miss in there, maybe TCU or UCLA, I guess, but I still think those 3 are a step below.
I am really looking forward to Bama playing in Knoxville next week. I think Tennessee might beat them and throw some chaos into the mix

That is such an aggressively unfair assessment. Their offensive line probably only aggressively holds an amount equal to about half the college football. The rest of their holds are sneakily passive aggressive.

No, not at all. They hold blatantly, aggressively, and without any shame whatsoever on just about every play.
Holding does happen on just about every play, but Tech is notoriously WWE about it all, and has been forever.
He graduated early and did not play as a HS senior. He was at tOSU.
The best thing is that on the day of UT’s greatest Red River victory ever, the overtime loss to Tech is still in your head.
He did not say a word about the score. He said the Tech OL holds more than all other schools combined, and that has been true for many years.
You see, real universities teach you to hold more than one thought in your head at once.

I couldn’t give half a shit less about Tech. As someone who played the offensive line growing up and who really follows and watches line play closely during games, I despise how ridiculously Tech’s line has always played dirty and rarely gets called for it.
