I think the physical exam is a procedure done late in the hiring phase. There is consensus from two medical teams. He might be better served with a short term contract. Boras might intervene with a different strategy

I haven’t read the article. I wonder how much has Correa known about this “health concern” and for how long. If in hope of securing a long term contract he has held back information and not disclosed “a condition” he has been aware of, hoping “the issue” might go unnoticed. So much drama around this guy.

An article on the anatomy of the distal tibia and fibula. Fractures at that site are problematic as the malunion of the bones during repair can lead to chronic arthritic conditions. The margin for error is non-existent. To me, that’s the best explanation given that the 2014 fibular fracture is the only issue discussed.
