Spectrum for me. This is why I use the mlb.tv and vpn method, I would gladly simplify this and just buy the damn channel I want, but I can’t do that just yet
Really hoping something like that happens: I’d even pay for mlb.tv if they loosen the dumb ass blackout rules.
From everything Manfred has said, this is where MLB wants to go. I will forgive a ton of other shit if he can pull this off in the next few years.

Spectum Cable and Disney/ESPN are apparently in a pissfight, and all of my espn channels just got yanked off my service. I’m on hold with (30 minute wait time!) customer service, and I have some words.

Temporary corporate pissfight, according to the very nice Customer Service person (I will say that I’ve had nothing but great interactions with Spectrum’s people)
I bitched, she agreed, she says as far as she knows it’ll be fixed within 24 hours, she gave me a $100 credit on the next bill. We’ll see.
However, HH: my earlier question was a serious one.
I got a notice on U-Verse this afternoon that they’ve added a new channel (which is itself information purchased from USA Today, of all things) where we can learn of channel comings and goings? WTF? I don’t pay for this service with the expectation of a monthly pu-pu platter of unpredictable channels based on who’s pissing on whom.

Fyi…I just saw an email from Spectrum that bc of their pissing match with Disney, they’re offering a discount for fubo subscriptions. It’s 30% off for the ultimate package and 25% for the pro package.

I signed up for Fubo earlier today…I get 7 days to try it out but so far it looks like I’ll be nuking Spectrum cable in a week. Saving about $30 and gaining channels.
The 25-30% off deal is only for the first 2 months, btw.
Gonna look into DirecTV’s streaming service next, see if I like it more than Fubo.
I use Fubo and I like it. The only thing I’m really missing is TBS/TNT for postseason baseball and Thursdays for basketball. But if you want to live in the future with Hudson you should look into Direct TV

Does mlb.tv carry all the postseason games? I get that already.
That and March Madness would probably be a dealbreaker with Fubo
I’ve been using HULU live in a bundle with ESPN, HULU, & Disney+. It doesn’t have the MLB Network but it has most everything else.
Pretty sure postseason is subject to blackouts just like the rest of the season.
Right, I watch with a VPN, I was just wondering if they carry the postseason at all or if it’s proprietary for the various networks.
MLB tv does not carry the postseason games.
Yeah, just found that with Google. Requires a paid TV subscription login.
I believe all of the postseason games are on TNT/TBS, FOX, or ESPN.
