Or that cheater Bregman throwing home to get a runner out. How dare he?!?
I so hope so but there is the rational part of me that says MLB will sweep any Yankmee wrongdoing under the rug. They have their scapegoat and letâs move on for the good of the business of baseball.
There is no reasoning with those that believe the Astros were the only ones cheating and also wonât believe that they werenât alone even when presented with proof.
Cashman, to me, deflected from the fact that regardless of not having a salary limit, his team still canât win. If he doesnât deflect then he has to answer why the Yankees suck.
I, personally, do not care about their opinion.
On the contrary, I relish their opinion because it exposes them for the sad sacks they are.
They also demolished us at home. As some pundit noted (I canât remember which one) if one team appeared to have a home field sign-stealing scheme, it was the Yankees.

This post is too good to be in the wrong thread.
Dammit
I have it on pretty good authority that the Astrosâ pitchers and catchers had a system of hand signals to let the catcher know what pitch was coming. No wonder the Yankees didnât win.
I knew that was coming. You must be tipping your pitches.
I donât have close sources, but I did hear a rumor that the Astros had many people at Minute Maid banging their hands together to create a âhome field advantageâ

Drug testing/discipline resumesâŚthree players popped yesterday, the most notable, I guess, being Danny Santana. 80 games each.

I have no reason to doubt his story, but itâs continually baffling to me how so many players will take medication/supplements/etc without having them approved by the team/mlb.
I suspect itâs because someone thinks theyâve outsmarted the system.
