So last night against the Mets, the Padres ended their half of the first inning with four straight singles, and in the process making two outs and scoring 0 runs. The Astros are in awe.
That hurts my head.
Their rookie RF threw out b2b runners at the plate
One of the throws was clocked at 104mph
eta: just saw that their rookie LF threw a guy out at home to end the 2nd inning. Mets won 2-1

Three of the Padres’ first six outs were made at the plate. That’s an entire inning of outs.
Is the Padres 3B coach gunning to be the second one fired midseason? SFG canned theirs over bad sends.
