Changeups and two seamers have natural armside run because of the way you grip the baseball. Cutters, sliders, sweepers(which are all really just variations of of throwing the same grip) and curves have glove side run because your fingers are positioned on the outside of the baseball, causing it to spin that direction.
Wrist position matters a ton too
Good changeups are all arm side. A screwball is glove side and is an elbow wrecker.
Aranda (Rays) just got his left wrist screwed up trying to catch a throw from 3rd that was drifting up the 1B line as Stanton (Yankees) arrived. Stanton was every bit as far inside the line as Cam was the other night when he was called out for interference. Today, not a peep.

I hadnât thought about the idea of potentailly trading Pena. Of course, Correa has said on multiple occasions that he wants to play 3rd base going forward and not SS.
Far more likely imo is finding a trading partner whoâll take Walker, with salary bought down somewhat depending on how he performs the rest of the season.
Then again I initially thought the Correa talk was unrealistic bullshit so my opinions of whatâs âlikelyâ arenât worth jack.
