Or, mlb.

I prefer the A’s in Oakland as well. But the city is not who deliberately fucked this whole situation. That would be John Fisher, the team’s owner, who is undoubtedly one of the worst in MLB.

Great play by Isaac Paredes.

ETA: Under review.

Runner is safe for the Cardinals first hit.

Yohel Pozo hasn’t missed any meals lately.

Astros lead 1-0 after 4 innings.

ETA: Oh shit, wrong thread.

With two outs in the 6th inning, the Albuquerque Isotopes score three runs on a bases loaded walk:

That second runner to score has big balls. Hell of a ā€œheads upā€ play by him.

Score that a 2 rbi walk plus 1 run on an error?

I’m guessing R3 scores on the base on balls, R2 advances to 3B on the base on balls and then steals home, R1 advances to 2B on the base on balls, steals 3B, scores on the error. So that’s one BB (with one RBI), two stolen bases and one throwing error.

Exactly right:

And if you had that on your scorecard Bingo, you win!

We can only dream of such production. I’ll take 4 runs
per game.

If Alvarez, Walker and Diaz would wake up at the plate, it would be a whole different team.

Today’s Cubs / Arizona boxscore is quite interesting.

According to Sarah Langs:

The Cubs are the fifth team in the last 125 seasons to score 6+ runs and allow 10+ runs in the same inning, joining:

5/8/2004 DET
8/3/1986 CLE
4/10/1977 BOS
6/20/1912 NYG

Lance McCullers Jr. was scratched from his rehab start Saturday for Double-A Corpus Christi due to illness. The good news, it’s not arm-related, so this shouldn’t be too much of a setback.

As long as a 2029 return isn’t much of a setback.

Reds all over the Orioles 24-2.
