If he maintains his gold glove-caliber defense at 3B, it’s not that bad. Also, the Giants have trouble attracting elite hitters to want to play at Oracle Park unless they overpay. It’s not a hitter-friendly park.
You’re right, he didn’t fall off with the bat as much as I thought, and he was more durable than I though.

The Astros are 0-5 in World Series games I’ve attended. If I get another chance, I’m going. They’re just gonna have to figure out a way to make it work. They’re stuck with me whether they like it or not.
But if they win the next 10 games, you can’t come home.

Not until November, anyway.
Singapore for work. 3 days in Phuket for a few personal days at the end. I will 1) do good work, 2) eat street food like a champion the entire time and 3) be peeking at live Astros baseball early in the mornings as I get ready for work. Ok, doors are closing. Bring home some Astros wins, y’all!!!

Street food in Singapore probably means something civilized like the Newton Circus Food Court, but it is still great. Thai street food is great AND cheap though. Enjoy!
