New Era has been capable of putting out some weird/ugly/dumb designs for years. Not sure why they wouldn’t just lean into the “so bad it’s good” but with these.
Most recently, Eric Kratz’s interview that “a team with multiple recent World Series appearances” was relating signs in the same banging manner as the Brewers and Astros.

As I think I have posted here before, one of my Brenham Cub players did this crazy thing in a game also. Baez was better because his team got a run out of it, and he ultimately was safe. My guy got in a rundown between home and first with no one else on and was tagged out finally during the rundown. I laughed my head off throughout the crazy play.
What in the holy hell? Did the first baseman not realize it’s a force out on the batter at 1B? What were the pitcher and second baseman doing? Going for popcorn?
