That is 9 and does not include Raley. How many is too many? Does one of these guys have to go or does Javier move back to the rotation next year? Abreu could too. I am assuming Greinke and JV will leave. I also am assuming Graveman will stay.
I would have a heart attack if Abreu appeared in a postseason game right now. Or is this next year’s plan?

This team has not come close to hitting stride. Lots of contributing factors, sure, but there’s been a current of flatness all season.
When winning 2 out of 3 against a last place team is an improvement somethings off.
Here’s me officially hoping we see a fully armed and operational Astros team moving forward.

James is allegedly throwing well in AAA and can come back whenever.
