Astros @ Orioles. June 21, 2021

Don’t remember the last one, but that one was a strike

Camden Yard is quite a place.

Years of bad baseball, bad ownership and a bad game during a bad year. And some rain.

(Edited to add: oops, read that as quiet. Camden Yard remains my favorite MLB ballpark. I’ve been to at least 15)

Great food.

I am staying at a friend’s AirBnB in Boone, North Carolina. From here it is a five hour drive to Atlanta, a six-hour drive to Cincinnati, and six and a half hours to either Camden Yards or Nationals park, yet it is in the blackout zone for all four of those teams. That’s got to be close to a record, right?

Probably only a tie with a million other places.

Elias and Mejdal in year 3 or so, took the Astros maybe 4.

Yeah, but there were signs of life. Not sure you can say that for Baltimore.

Two on no out gets nothing.

If you’re in Las Vegas, you’re in blackout territory for the A’s, Giants, Dodgers, Angels, Padres, and DBacks.

And maybe even the Rockies. Most of Utah may be just as bad.

Looks like Utah is just Dbacks and Rockies. I guess the others teams aren’t interested in that market.

Fucking Angel. At this point I think he’s now intentionally screwing Odorizzi.

O’s get their flies first baserunner…,a 1-out walk in the 5th

So many wasted pitches

He staggered through the 5th.

He looked a little cooked, didn’t he?

Nice job by Odorizzi tonight.

He looked like every pitch was a struggle.

Jakey O done after 86 pitches. I hope he’s comfortable.

He looked gassed on the bench.
