Just landed after not one but TWO go-arounds. After the initial relief at swing the score, my next thought is I’d like to see Brantley back next year to be the DH.

The Astros would need an insurance policy to protect against Brantley missing time, and Brantley would have to be open to an incentive-laden type contract, but if only hitting will not cause pain in his shoulder, I’d be fine with it.

I know he got a ring last year, but how awesome would it be to see him contribute this year if the Astros righted the ship and made a run?

When the Astros were first plunged into the AL West we liked to poke fun at them as a geographic rival. But they’ve grown into a team and fan base truly worthy of being called dumbass fucksticks. Fuck JP Crawford, fuck Suarez, fuck Rodriguez, fuck their idiot fans and most of all fuck Servais.

When you close your eyes I hope you see Yordan Alvarez clubbing your baseball dreams into oblivion.
