2-out walk puts the tying run on base…

Winner!

Chas!!!

What? How was the fourth pitch to Anderson a strike?

What a catch, Chas!

What a play to end it!

That hpu sucked balls.

Anderson should have been on first.

Oh well tough shit CWS.

CHAS!

Because MLB umpires have zero accountability for their job performance.

Exactly. This ump was terrible.

My Lord, that 9th inning was an absolute disaster for the HPU.

Highlight for me was the Diaz silent treatment.

Memorializing a terrible strike call…

I caught a game in the last season Comiskey was in use. On a business trip and knew it would be my last chance. Yea, it was a dump but I suspect most parks built during that era were or were allowed to turn into that. What I remember the most was my client telling me that if you take the train don’t get off anywhere but at the ballpark stop. Go directly to the park and directly to the train returning with the crowd.

Yeah, that’s where I first learned about the “$10 will make sure nothing happens to your car” scam. Cabrini Green luxury lodging.

What in the world? Everything about that was a strike. A crappy strike zone graphic does not a ball make.

The official strike zone is the area over home plate from the midpoint between a batter’s shoulders and the top of the uniform pants – when the batter is in his stance and prepared to swing at a pitched ball – and a point just below the kneecap
