Another gritty win for a gritty team. I donāt know how you keep running Javier out there every five days right now, though. Until he shows consistent command of his fastball and slider, heās a liability. And thatās been his big issue since June.

I hope the Astros get out of town tomorrow with a series win, but Iām pretty happy to see the Marlins relevant again. The Marlins and the Orioles - I think the league is considerably better when those two teams are good.

Yankees just closed out another loss to Atlanta to fall to 60-60, and the MLB Network crew said that this is the latest in the year that the Yankees have been at or below .500 since ā95. Which is wonderful, but also a testament to their consistent (and annoying) relevance.
