ALDS Game 4, Astros @ White Sox

This is like the Southern Dwight Schrute

Lance said in a postgame interview that he asked to come out early because it was 5-1 and it was the third time through. Also mentioned his routine between starts was shorter than normal due to it being a day game.

Said he was fine physically.

This is now the greatest thing I’ve heard in a while

So does LaRussa think the Astros hit Abreu because the Sox hit Altuve earlier? And why am I trying to explain LaRussa’s behavior rationally? Was LaRussa drunk? There. That makes sense.

Good point.

Why on earth would they want to hit Abreu? Graveman has had trouble with arm side run and hit several batters at the end of the year. Makes zero sense.

Grandal killed them. Astros got lots of extra bases because he can’t block a pitch in the dirt and he can’t throw anybody out. He still looks like Roy Campanella compared to Sanchez.

He is not fine physically. He has forearm “tightness” and told The Athletic it will be evaluated tomorrow.

Winner winner chicken dinner.

Jake’s alright.

McCullers wouldn’t start Friday anyway. I guess we may not know what’s going on until Saturday.

Glad this didn’t age well.

I had work and doctor commitments, so I didn’t get to watch until late in the game, and I only now got over to the GameZone. 1150+ posts? I hope you guys took up a collection to buy Waldo some new hard drives.

Mine are brilliant. You can skip the rest.

With McCullers out, we really need Greinke to step up if he can.

Carlos attacked that high outside 97 mph heater like it was a hung offspeed pitch.

My goodness he pounced.

Good for you.
