I like Dusty too. He seems like a nice fellow and has awesome tastes in classic rock. I liked him and respected what he accomplished as a player and for his being a baseball lifer. But he’s bad at managing baseball games.

Personally, I would have rather saved him for a possible elimination game at home, or for ALCS game 1.

You can only pitch him once more in this series. But if you win tomorrow, you could potentially pitch him in Game 2 of the ALCS.

I do not believe in “saving for Game 5.” Win Game 4, and worry about 5 if it comes. McCullers gives us the best chance.
