This says Paredes suffered from a right shoulder strain most of last season. Apparently healthy this spring he’s added a changeup he learned from Fernando Rodney over the winter.
I guess I hope Paredes’ struggles last year were shoulder related.
A step toward his 2020 performer would be welcome.
Completely healthy he now says after struggling the last two years with left hip surgery and the subsequent recovery…
I believe in the Easter Bunny and in Santa Claus, but this is too much.

Yordan out of the lineup due to “illness”. Several coaches out as well. Couldn’t make it to the yard on Tuesday. Hopefully, it’s nothing major.
