Aches, Pains and Muscle Strains 2026

Not hearing or seeing much about the Brown prognosis yet. Anybody hearing anything?

Not a peep.

Looks like Brown is out at least 3 weeks.

Will be interesting to see if there is any truth to that. A twitter post from a YouTube dude saying “they won’t know for at least 3 weeks” picked up by the shell of the former Sporting News is a little less than credible. Buuuuuuut, YouTube dude did also say “the Astros are not that concerned with the shoulder injury” so I am pushing all my chips in on this guy.

He will refrain from throwing for a few weeks
while the newly-grafted replacement arm heals.

At this point I’ll just be happy if he’s pitching before the all star break.

It does take a long time to grow appendages in the lab.

According to Mctaggart, Imai is headed back to Houston. Usually that means some kind of injury is expected. Probably another grade 2 shoulder strain.

He issued another two walks on the flight back.

They call it “arm fatigue”. : Astros’ Tatsuya Imai returned to Houston for examination due to ‘general arm fatigue’

I’m seeing conflicting stuff on Walker being out of the lineup tonight. DTD, or maybe just a day’s rest. I’d guess they’re trying to reattach the left leg as we speak.

If he’d mix in a few strikes now and then his arm wouldn’t be so fatigued

And Pena is having imaging done on a knee issue.

Springer out for a while after fracturing toe with a foul ball.

Peña to the IL with a grade 1 hamstring strain.

In his knee? Wtf?

Imai also going to the IL with arm fatigue.

JP France up again along with Shay Whitcomb. Colton Gordon also coming up with Jayden Murray optioned back to AAA.

Dude’s been in the league for fifteen minutes and he already has arm fatigue, what the fuck are they doing.
