Aches, Pains and Muscle Strains 2026

You can’t make this shit up man

If Crane needs to fire someone to shake things up, he should start with the training/medical staff.

Depending on which hamstring and where it was injured, “back of the knee” is a defensible statement. Pena himself described it as that. Pena also said it initially happened in Friday’s game and he didn’t tell anybody about it.

I can’t, however, explain an oblique strain being described as “lower back tightness”

They actually did that after last season

Except that I think the original press release called it “anterior knee pain”. I’ll be unsurprised if it turns out to be an oblique injury.

Didn’t see a press release or tweet, but McTaggart did say “posterior” in the initial article about it.

Maybe try a different approach than just a “LinkedIn” ad next year.

Did Wisneski die or something? Is he ever going to pitch again?

Still recovering from TJS

And it’s only been 11mo. With early-season TJS you’re reasonably likely to lose the pitcher not just that season, but the whole following season as well.

They had to have done a mental fitness work up on him before they offered him the contract, right?

Sounds like an excuse to me.

According to Rome, he is on his 3rd interpreter since spring training started. So I guess he is trying to find one.
