Aches and Pains 2020

It may not work out, but, yesterday, we were talking about the Astros potentially using a bullpen day in game 4. Less than 24 hours later, we find out that Zack Greinke feels good enough to start today. I feel a lot more comfortable starting Greinke than having to go with either a bullpen day in either game 4 or 5.

Right, but to HHā€˜s point, could still be a bullpen day and/or Javier could still pitch. Going to be another tough day for Dusty.

That is nuts! He was warming up in the pen in Game Seven and throwing hard.

I finally read something about Abreu: ā€œHe came in out of shape.ā€

Remember when he stepped awkwardly on the mound throwing to 2nd in game 6?

Wonder if that was the initial injury or if he aggravated something.

Either way sounds like he wonā€™t be ready for the start of the season (if it starts on time).

He had something earlier in the season. Missed some time for sure.

Really starting to believe the BBGs found their own method of punishment.

He is the BBGs version of The Crying Game.

From the teamā€™s official site:
ā€œJames originally sustained an injury to his hip on Aug. 20 at Colorado and was placed on the injured list until Sept. 9.ā€

i know this is under aches and painsā€¦its giving me a headache trying to figure out what the team might look like next year and the 2020 curse has a lot to do with it

My daughter had this surgery when she was 19 due to a congenital bone spur on her hip. The bone spur had been catching her labrum when she rotated and she had two small tears.

The first two weeks after the surgery, she could not bend greater than 90 degrees. It was like having a 19 year old toddler at the house, she couldnā€™t get out of bed or use the bathroom by herself. The rehab was slow but she was released in about 6 months.

After rehab, she took up running and runs 2+ miles a day. She still has some popping in that hip but no pain.
