Yep. Every major city in the state is a Democratic Party stronghold, but all the small towns across Texas represent enough votes to overcome it every election cycle.

CNN has Harris +40k in VA with 70% in. What are you looking at?
I was looking at NBC. They now have Harris up by that much too.
