It turns out that the video is completely legit. It was a 2010 deposition of Epstein and those are the actual questions and answers.
The also have $780M reasons to be wary of election fraud claims.

I saw some Netflix documentary about Epstein and the footage seemed pretty clearly taken at the same time as lots of other footage contained in that film. I wonder if the filmmakers weren’t given access to that slice of the exchange or if the did see it but bizarrely decided not to include it.
I went on to Fox News Website to see what they were reporting on Epstein. Epstein who? You should be concerned with Obama’s Russian connections.

Your reminder that there are multiple victims who have testified openly to the horrific crimes of Ghislaine Maxwell.
This is why Maxwell is facing 20 years in federal prison. This is why a pardon would be a violation as bad - if not worse - than these victims have already suffered.
Maxwell’s lawyer - who was mentored by Alan “Underpants” Dershowitz and is a very good friend of Todd Blanche - spoke to the press after today’s shorter meeting.
He’s hopeful of a pardon. Which means she’s going to get a pardon.
We’re going to find out any day now how Obama colluded with the Russians to set up an innocent Epstein.

During the questioning of Maxwell she was given limited immunity for anything she might say. Presumably about anyone other than Trump.

For context, Trump is currently suing the WSJ for defamation, claiming that the letter - which he now says is forged - does not exist.
ETA: The ever-shifting story is a feature of any Trump scandal, but that does not come close to describing the speed at which the excuses are lurching violently on a minute-to-minute basis here.
