A non-brown suit. That’s the key to respecting the office. Not a hat that has a net cost of 3.35 cents and made who knows where, by who knows how bad a working condition, not to mention the age of those workers. Brown suits are the true evil though.

There is a non zero chance that this is all a performance. Trump understands very little, but he does understand the basics to hold the attention of the weak minded. I don’t think it’s a coincidence that Trump is attending WWF or UFC events.
There’s an audience for this. There’s also a formula to keep us interested. A fighting culture is deceptively embedded in every source of our media consumption. There’s always an event that angers the viewer, then you obscure that reaction with a flood of other action. You sorta remember why you’re mad, but your moral center is just gone. It’s all emotion, no logic.
We are being dumbed down in the form of ignoring the logical parts of our brain and strictly focusing on the reptilian fear based system.
If this war escalates we are all fucked. If it doesn’t, great. But I don’t trust what this administration is doing AT ALL and any decision they make that benefits us is just a simple byproduct. They are playing on our reptilian brain. Plain and simple because that’s who they are. There’s no compromise with someone who can’t feel what you feel.

So after claiming he ended the war, and Iran saying “WTF?”, apparently the war is still going on. And Trump says he’s not happy with either Israel or Iran. I wonder if he thinks he can fire both countries.

For twenty plus years Iran has been “days” “weeks” whatever, away from having nukes. Last week they were just “days” from having a bomb. Then Trump said some shit about making a decision in “two weeks” but then is simultaneously claiming victory and peace at the same time just days later.
How on earth are we supposed to already know how many “months” we delayed this program that has always just been days, or weeks, or months away all along? Who knows what the heck was blown up? Former Fox News hosts are literally in charge of the military.

It seems that Israel’s originating op had been on the back burner for maybe two years. Green lighting it now wasn’t about a sudden surge in Iran’s weapons program, it was (probably) because there was a willing accomplice in the White House.
Tulsi Gabbard was saying just weeks ago that Iran was no threat to have a bomb. This was/is the intelligence assessment. Then Israel’s attack went well and - according to WH insiders - Trump wanted to take partial credit for it. So the intel was ignored and the myth of the immediate threat was born.
This is the Iraq War on snorted Adderall. Instead of spending months feeding “intel” of WMDs to the NYT so that the war mongers could point to those “scoops” as proof during their Sunday shows blitz, Trump just tweeted the WMD threat and we’re all supposed to forget what was the consensus just weeks ago.
Now we are being told by leaks to the press that most of Iran’s enriched uranium was moved prior to Trump’s big, beautiful bombing and I’m torn. Is that proof of the Trump regime’s incompetence, or is it bullshit setting us up to accept ongoing military action? Or is it both?
It’s probably both.

My favorite line of bullshit on this came from Baghdad Barbie. She described Iran as “never being closer” to making a bomb.
I have never run a marathon. If I entered the Houston marathon, got to the start line and took a single step, I would “never be closer” to finishing a marathon.
It would be both completely true and utterly false at the same time.
