This shit is causing a schism on the right between the pro-Israel and pro-Putin factions. There is also the America First “no foreign wars” crowd, which is a pretty broad swath of MAGA.

I was wondering about what I was seeing when I peeked in a couple of times. My Air Force ROTC cadre of cadets marched better than most of what I saw. The assembled groups displayed 1/10th of the precision of their N. Korean, Chinese and Russian counterparts. It was pretty stark.
I was a drill instructor when an Air Force cadet. That marching would’ve been unacceptable for the 13-year olds I was instructing.

Multiple ICE impersonation arrests made during nationwide immigration crackdown
Authorities in at least three states have arrested individuals allegedly impersonating Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers at a time when real ICE agents have ramped up immigration enforcement efforts under the Trump administration, adding to existing fears of law enforcement among migrant communities.
They are hounding people where they work, go to school, get medical care and now pass time. The most insidious is grabbing people at immigration court, causing people to be scared to attend mandated court dates, thus a turning a “legal” into an “illegal”.
It’s all so fucked up.
I don’t understand why the courts aren’t insisting that the Gestapo show id (and, one would hope, a warrant) before grabbing someone. Or maybe they have, but Trump and ICE have said “make me”.
