Even Fox- here is their image of him, which I remember like yesterday:
This is a bad one.
Such an amazing and versatile actor.
That sucks, he was great in everything he was in
He was. He could do pretty much anything. A fine actor. RIP.
Bummer. Just yesterday, I was thinking about him and his wonderful performance in, In the Bedroom.
He was nominated for an Oscar for that, as he was for Michael Clayton. My favorite role of his is still Mr. Fennyman in Shakespeare in Love.
Cale Yarborough. 84.
Just saw the story from 12/31 but not sure when.
Frank Ryan. Back up quarterback at Rice where he later received a PhD in mathematics. Lead the Browns to an NFL championship in 1964.
David Soul of Starsky and Hutch fame.
Hate to hear that. Loved watching Starsky and Hutch. Also thought he did well on Magnum Force.
MF was a great movie.
Lacy Underall
I’m sure the conversion from metric to imperial has something to do with it.
Forget it, he’s rolling.
(Unlike Beckenbauer)
Mario Zagallo also died recently. He and Beckenbauer were two of only three to win World Cups both as a player and a coach.
Having Dale Gribble in there was a nice touch.
