Morgan, and others have had great IMPACT but whens the last time one of the 5-10 best players in baseball, at such a young age, was traded? Miguel Cabrera is the closest thing I can think of and this is bigger than that imo

He whiffed the side (12 pitches, 10 strikes) in his first rehab appearance for the Peckers tonight. Previously had last pitched on June 15 for the Space Cowboys (where he had been struggling). Currently on 60-man IL. Unless there’s a setback will need to come off the IL next month which will necessitate a roster move. Either involving him or someone else.
