2022 NFL Playoffs

Almost like he’s hiding something,

I actually give an edge to Troy over Witten.

Damn, Kupp is pretty good.

Me either. I learned that tip from Malcom Reed. He’s one of my favorite BBQ guys to follow.

Cooper Kupp and Deebo Samuel are like one and two in the NFC.

I’m usually not a fan of player backstories and such, but Kupp’s is pretty good.

Just googled his website, thanks again

I assume you are saying he is gay. I don’t. He’s not a good commentator. Maybe it’s working with Buck. But i don’t care who he has sex with, as long as it is consensual.

We Are Not Men We Are Deebo

Do yourself a favor and track down Bachan’s Japanese BBQ sauce. It has utterly transformed my grilled chicken and tri-tip.

Agreed. You use the original?

With the price of beef being what it is, tri-tip has become my new go to cut. Left-overs make good sandwiches.

Thanks. I’ll track some down and give it a go.

I do. Need to track down their Ponzu sauce.

Fun fact, Bachan’s is a family over in Sonoma and the Original is based on their grandmother’s recipe.

Tri-tip has been my go to for years. Perfect for when we’re having folks over for dinner and need a main protein.

On the to do list for the house is to eventually put in a Santa Maria grill so I can do a tri-tip properly.

Laces out!

WTF is a Skoronik?

I never knew what a tri-tip was until I lived in Argentina. I don’t know what a Santa Maria grill is yet but learned quickly what a parilla does.

I first had tri-tip years ago on a visit to the Bay Area. Loved it. Tri-tip used to be hard to find in Central Texas – I had to go to a butcher shop to get it but It has grown in popularity over the past 20 years, maybe due to a lot of Californians that have move here and now it’s found at H-E-B.

A Santa Maria grill is basically an Argentinian grill.

Just popularity via cooking shows, ala flank/flat iron/etc…
