I’ve been pleasantly surprised at how good Romo has been with Nance.
Looks fantastic.
Good rub, on the smoker at 275. Baste with a mixture of Italian dressing, BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce. Baste every 15 minutes for two hours. Then start the BBQ glaze…sauce, apple cider vinegar and honey. Three hours total.
And Romo never stops talking, but everything he says is usually spot on.
