Some of you guys don’t seem to comprehend that certain players will not re-up with the Astros regardless of the money or anything else. Springer was one of those players, and I assume Carlos will be another. It’s not always the same reason, but it’s a reality.
Carlos wants to go to New York. Maybe he will, I don’t know. Click has shown he has a pretty good idea what he’s doing rebuilding a very suspect bullpen. Maybe he can do the same thing with position players at the major league level. That seems like a more challenging assignment, but who knows.
