World Series Game 4: Astros vs Everyone

If I’m not mistaken.

Run 1: 1-2 slider over the middle
Run 2: 0-2 FB down the middle
Run 3: 1-2 handing slider

First run was a 2-2 count, Swanson’s HR was 0-2 and Soler’s was on a 2-1 count.

Last night’s game knocked the stuffing out of me. After a night’s rest, the calm of the morning, I can see more clearly. The task is a difficult one. The offense needs to show up. Valdez needs to channel ALCS game 5.

The Astros have been dead before. 17 ALCS, 19 WS, 20 ALCS. Yeah they didn’t win the last 2 of those but they didn’t lay down and die. They beat Boston 3 straight games last week. They can do it again this week against Atlanta. Show some damn fight

Well some of the numbers were correct.

I think your pitches were spot on. Not that it makes it feel any better.

Maton’s slider was down but not away like he probably wanted. Riley went down and got it. Talking to myself during the game, I wanted another high fastball. He had gotten at least one swing and miss and two checked swings on high fastballs, and I thought Riley would be in swing mode on a fastball up.

Tucker Davidson, LHP who replaced Morton, starts tonight.

Raley also threw a couple of pitches that are often chased. Rosario and Freeman did a good job. Raley didn’t get either lefty he faced, and it brought Riley to the plate.

I don’t care if Maddux in his prime shows up tonight. Score some damn runs.

That wounds me.

Seriously.

I’m gonna lay down and cry/vomit now.

It bummed me out enough that I had to share.

You’re welcome.

Fucking A I’m still reeling.

Bloody marys and micheladas in the yard while laughing at the Texans and smoking ribs is helping my mental state so far

Maybe a little too late, but at least there’s a chance now.

Needed to be done.

Alex is a gamer. I have no doubt he isn’t well.

Neither is a reason to keep him in the 3 hole.

If his ERA is over 6 the Astros are dead.
