Caught the first part of the game via radio broadcast.

Some bullet points:

  1. The sun was pretty tough in the early innings. Lynn’s 4 straight Ks may have reflected this. Or not.
  2. Robel works hard every day with Joe Espada on his defense.
  3. Robel can spank the ball (mentioned in his first AB)
  4. Judge Judy makes $48M. She is 5’1". Doubtful she could have beat out the grounder that Straw did.

Valdez wasn’t as sharp tonight once he got to the middle innings. Probably went an inning longer than he should have but with our bullpen, I understand.
