I buy MLB.tv to be able to watch Astros games. When I see games that I paid for not available because they have been outsourced to another streaming service that I am not party to, I feel stiffed. When I called MLB customer service, they said “all you have to do is sign up for a free (Apple, Roku, etc…) account to be able to watch”. When I said, “it’s not free, they then have my contact info to sell and an app installed to track my activities” the CSR just said “uhhhhhhhhh…”. That’s the real deal here. MLB is pimping us out.
