Yes he is, and it seems like his stats overall, at least from a quick overview, are in line with what we were getting from Straw, but obviously with a little more home run power.
On a side note, while Iām sure heās glad to be in Houston, I kinda feel for Jake Meyers. If heās supposed to be a good hitter, and the stats at AAA look that way, has to be tough to sit on the bench with no playing time. Heās not even getting as much playing time as McCormick got when Straw was here.
Two outs, bases empty, Lance.
Heās way faster than that. Weāve seen it.

Not a hater either but I see that a lot with him.
And that was a long-developing play. Not a sure thing. He made very little effort.
Right. I understand when it is right at somebody, but he had a chance to beat that one out but did not try.

Luis Arraez is one of those opposing players Iād like to see in an Astros uniform one day. Solid defender and a good bat that doesnāt strikeout. Micheal Brantley lite if you will.
He is good, but where will he play?

1-1 is the score.
Yeah, that would be a problem with Altuve. Heās a good utility guy though. Few years before heās a free agent though.
He would have to serve in a super-utility role, like Marwin used to fill.
