The Ukrainian Orthodox Church has discarded the Eastern calendar. Christmas and Easter will conform to the Julian, or Western calendar. I believe that the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of Moscow Patriarchy has already joined with the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of Kyiv Patriarchy, so I think this affects all of the UOC. This is kind of a big deal.

Indeed. The Venerable Bede wrote extensively in favor of the eastern perspective in the 7th century, but the western scheme eventually held its ground. At least the English did not resort to armed conflict.

This man is a U.S. defense contractor with security clearance. Seems to me that - no matter the cost - both those privileges should be revoked.
We’ve got to get that freak away from SpaceX. He can fuck around with Twitter and Tesla all he wants, but SpaceX is a massive national security concern. We’ve got to get his hands off of it, somehow.
