The sci-fi TV thread

I thought it was fine.

You know Nancy Grace is already in her 60s, right?

Thank you for dredging up that disturbing memory.

You guys have always fundamentally misinterpreted my attraction to Nancy Grace.

When you use the words “my attraction to Nancy Grace”, there are no favorable interpretations.

Not suggesting it’s favorable, only that you misunderstand the attraction and wrongly assume it’s because I think she’s “smokin”. It’s like you singing songs from “Frozen” when you’re alone in the car. We all have our guilty pleasures.

Perhaps they should but mine don’t also include a TV chef, a waterbed, and a bucket of Crisco.

You don’t know what you’re missing.

Giada would in no way be a guilty pleasure

She kinda looks like a bobblehead.

Not in person.

That wasn’t quite a Lewis Black quality rant, but it was up there.

I quite enjoyed that.

Peacemaker is some seriously deranged shit.

I’m slogging my way through Eternals currently, that’s next on my list.

I watched Eternals last night—I didn’t think it was nearly as bad as the ads made it look. Not a high bar, but my expectations were so low that I ended up basically enjoying it.

I had to break Eternals down into two sittings. I figured I had to get through it to be able to understand the next movie/tv show.

I have no desire to revisit Thor 2 or Iron Man 2 for a firm ranking but it was in that neighborhood.

Homelander’s face turn at the end completely took me by surprise…

I’m just waiting for the next Thor and Dr Strange.

Marvel has worn me out at this point.
