Had no idea.

I just now learned what and where Sarnia is

He was missing some fingers as a result of his service. They filmed around that for the show.

I knew there was a reason you never saw him pick his nose.

This is amazing.

I remember this was discussed when Apple’s Godzilla series was going on; and now Tubi has “Kong: Skull Island”. So I’m watching it.

It’s by far the best of the new Godzilla and/or Kong movies

What’s the good Godzilla v Kong movie from the last few years? There’s been a few that to me have interchangeable names and I didn’t want to waste the time on any of the wrong ones in previous flights. I have a handful of transatlantic flights in my near future, and that might come in handy.

Akongalypse Now.

They blend together in my head, but I think you want to watch Godzilla vs Kong (which I remember being pretty good) and then watch the 2nd one (less good), and maybe there’s a 3rd one

My exact thoughts. That movie was fun as hell for what it was: a popcorn movie monster spectacle

Stacked cast too. And I’m not just talking about Brie Larson’s boob job.

Not sure I’ve ever pondered over her before and after. I’ll get right on that.

…and Kongpocalypse Now is a much better alt-title

Wow, it happened to someone I know: my mother-in-law watched and enjoyed Andor but hasn’t seen (and wasn’t even really aware of) Rogue One. Prayers up.

She’s going to be pissed.

She’s been a work in progress the entire time she’s been trying to be in show business. If you find a music video from her failed singing career, she is almost unrecognizable.

Kinda like how Jack Quaid looks nothing like his Mom. And then you watch Top Gun.

ETA: With apologies to all music lovers. Or anyone with functional hearing.

A songs go … that’s a song.

Feels like it was written by AI.

Thanks to all of you who have said so many positive things about “Andor.” It became available for streaming on hulu this month and watched it because of the praise it receives on this thread. Didn’t get into it until the second season. I think the second season is a near miracle.
