You didn’t even touch on the most inane part of that television appearance. Trump said he would abolish the Department of Education and defund schools that teach students about slavery if he is elected. Obviously pandering to the idiots who support him, but still.

Wall Street Journal is reporting that in Maricopa County (Phoenix, Arizona which is a metropolitan area of nearly 5 million people) votes will be counted with drones overhead and police snipers standing ready. Election workers have gone through active-shooter drills and learned to barricade themselves or wield fire hoses to repel armed mobs.
All because of one man’s incessant lies about election fraud. The damage Trump has inflicted on this country is staggering.

He can buy support for his petition and cause, but he cannot require the condition that it be open only to registered voters.
