I think it starts off easy, because it’s fun getting together with like-hating individuals; you can just check your brain at the door and enjoy the ride. Eventually, though, the Dear Leader’s wheels fall off and you have either to rationalize being ride or die to stay inside the ever-shrinking circle, or scream that you feel like you’re taking crazy pills and suffer the backlash.
I wonder how many Trumpanzees are having just such an existential crisis today.
Harris is playing with Trump’s toys in his backyard. She’s more than capable of handling Baier’s loaded questions, and will eat Rogan for lunch. She excels in town hall situations.
I truly hope that we are seeing the Trump campaign collapse in real time. He cannot eschew media hits when Harris is this in his face, and he cannot do media hits when his brain is this addled.

I have been waiting for an update from Limey about Trump media. I haven’t been following it but did notice that he hasn’t been updating us like he had been. That could only mean one thing; the stock is going up sharply in value.
Trump did keep one interview appointment today. He was asked about breaking up Google and he responded by discussing the DOJ suing Virginia over illegal voter roll purges.
More than 200,000 votes were cast in Georgia today on the first day of early voting, shattering the previous record. Pennsylvania’s early and mail-in voting has been very brisk too.
Obviously there is no way of knowing for whom those votes were cast, but a high turnout election is catastrophic for the GOP typically, and Trump especially.
It’s bad for Cruz too (debate tonight at 7pm b.t.dubs).
There’s a real story behind the stock purchasers the last weeks, not that anyone gives a shit anymore in this country. If it turns out to be a bunch of suckers like DWard buying it, I’d be surprised. More likely, it’s a list of heavy hitters wanting favor on the chance he wins.
