Iâve been observing these sick fucks closely for decades now and it still amazes me when a fresh sounding reveals the depths of their depraved cruelty. They could, of course, say, You know, itâs perhaps a bit uncomfortable and possibly a little off-putting in some respects, but the reality is our society contains a small group of people that experience the world differently from most of the rest of us and who are very vulnerable and would benefit tremendously from our compassion and our collective attempt at understanding, so letâs make some very minor and frankly painless adjustments to how we do things in order to help these individuals maximize their unique gifts and live the most fulfilling, productive lives possible.
But, no, thatâs not what they do. Instead they choose terror. DONâT SHOVE IT DOWN MY THROAT! (Projection?) Anyway, dude, youâre the one talking about this. The rest of us are like, Yo, use whatever pronoun you want, you know, who gives a fuck, letâs move on to the next thing.

Thatâs true to a degree, certainly. My point I think is that influential voices could be saying, Hey, you know, this is kind of weird to a lot of us, but philosophically we support families being able to make the decisions that are right for them and philosophically we oppose governmental interference in our lives.
But, of course, that would require a measurable amount of leadership and compassion, and in this case and in so many others they would rather appeal to the ugliest, basest instincts of their ever shrinking core group of voters so that they can give tax breaks to the people who least need them. Turn the fire hose of sewage on trans kids and their families, on immigrant families, on the immunocompromised, on women who feel like they themselves should be in charge of their own healthcare, on and on. And for what?

Why else would they do it if not for the money? They are corporations with fiduciary responsibilities. Years of studies have been done, countless customer surveys taken, the marketing department says it will increase sells and profits and the stakeholders and boardroom love profits.
