Trump was visibly uncomfortable and fidgety at day #2 of his NY trial. He lasted until lunchtime on day #3, before heading back to Florida. He is not required to be in court, so this is entirely his choice.
As a preview, though, it goes to show what an ordeal itās going to be for him to sit through months and months of criminal trials, where his presence is required.
I am not sure you understand the subtext and context here. There are certain rules of professional decorum in the legislative process that are literally decades old that are being trampled all over. We all know that the current state of affairs in the political circles are pretty bad. There are certain thresholds that denote āa new lowā. This is one of them. If you are interested in a race to the bottom in effective legislative governance, then this is something to be celebrated. If you hold out any hope for the vigorous and healthy debate amongst ideologically opposed representatives, this is not a move to be celebrated.

He is now equivocating on running for re-election next year and has formally resigned his chairmanship of his Senate committee, which is the start of the descent to his full resignation from the Senate. The first thing Menendezā replacement did was to cancel all the defense contracts Menendez had pushed through for Egypt, his alleged benefactor.
As the noose tightens around the neck of the Trump Org, the judge moves to stop Trump from taking parts of it and hiding them in the shitter at Mar-a-Lago.
McConney was, until very recently, the Trump Orgās inside accountant. He just pointed a giant, orange foam finger at Trump.
Fun Fact: McConney was due a $500,000 bonus from his former employer. Heās received $325,000 of it, but the balance has been withheld in violation of his contract. Same thing happened to Weisselberg. I wonder why Trump would withhold monies owed to his employees who were scheduled to testify in his court casesā¦
Speaking of lawyers withdrawing from cases, Mike Lindellās team in the Smartmatic case has petitioned to quit the case because Lindell is four months and millions of dollars behind on payments.
The year of finding out is finishing strong in the 4th quarter.
