Word is that he has been told already, by multiple attorneys, that he’s going down. Also, being released pending appeal is almost never allowed by Federal courts, so upon the anticipated conviction, Trump will be taken to jail.
Basically, as circumstances get more clear, the chances of him being not in jail before Nov 2024 become fewer and fewer.

I’ve been laughing about the documents case lately, about how his own security cameras filmed him criming again and again. And then once it dawned on him that his own cameras had filmed him criming he demanded that Pablo drain the pool into the basement.
I’m no criminal mastermind, but if I were going to commit federal crimes in a serial manner I would probably shut the cameras off before I got to work.

That’s why I think it’s so important that every state where this kind of shit went down and every state that had a set of fake electors prosecute the fuck out of everyone involved and send these people to prison for the rest of their miserable lives. We need to make absolutely certain that in the future anyone who feels an overabundance of Kraken within themselves knows better than to go releasing it all over everybody.
Best case scenario is that when these trials start to happen it will be clear even to the disengaged this this is not some sort of esoteric free speech issue, this was instead a serious attempt to subvert the will of the American voters.

The 2020 and 2024 elections are two of the most important in U.S. History because our democracy would have vanished if Trump remained in office or will vanish if he or one of his sycophants win next year’s presidential election.
