Well, as long as Mahomes is at least. Mahomes has made Reid, same way Brady made Belichick. Mahomes can do it without Reid, Reid cannot without Mahomes.

I disagree. Reid has been amazing since the Hill trade.
The 2nd-and-5 play call by SF with 2:00 to go in regulation was the Seahawks-esque coaching error that cost the 49ers. The right coaching is to call a timeout to let McCaffrey catch his breath, telling him he has 3 downs to get 5 yards to win the SB.
The Niners certainly massively fucked up working the clock in the last 4:00. When they left 1:53 on the clock and the Chiefs two timeouts, there was no way they were winning that game. It’s almost as if they’d never seen Patrick Mahomes play football.
