Yep, I would like a lefty too. I like what I know of Jake O as a person, but I am afraid he will not be around too much longer.

We know him and he knows us so he should be plug and play. He’s having a good year including his splits against lefties - .372 OPS. I also like the fact that he could be considered rotation-insurance should the need arise.
Lee definitely will not stick over Castro. If he does, I’ll be screaming at my TV. He was hitting .226 in AAA.
So, do we really need another bat if Bregman starts hitting consistently? I agree that Yuli will be productive and his defense is something you’ll miss if it is gone.

Martinez is just another example of the Astros being on another level than most other teams.
He is exactly what the A’s need but left him unprotected.
