Roddery Muñoz put on waivers. Another team can claim him and Rule 5 rules still apply; if nobody claims him, the Astros have to offer him back to the Reds.

Rome reports JP France is joining the team. He’ll have to be added back to the 40-man, but there’s an open spot. Javier to the IL presumably the move for the active roster.
