That wasn’t my point. They have a rotation of castoffs and schizo McCullers outside of Brown and Valdez, and they have gotten virtually nothing from Yordan all season. Walker has been a disappointment, and Diaz isn’t hitting to his capabilities, either. They shouldn’t have an expected win/loss record of 55-40 nor a current record of 56-39.
Their defense and bullpen along with a winning culture is the reason why.
They have no business being 55-40 either.

Glad I watched this game.
I’m glad Hader got his only blown save of the year out of the way on a night we beat the Rangers.
I’m glad we came back to win because losing that game would have been a month’s worth of punches to the dick.
This may be Framber’s best, most consistent season. It’s a shame he’s not at the all-star game.
The team needs to lock Framber up with a new contract. He’s been our ace for quite a while now.
