Random Outlook Question

I am having an issue, in the inbox only, with Outlook. It is my work email and I cannot change it.

The issue is when I sort by field (from, subject, date), it will sort, but if I type a letter it will not go to that spot in the sort.

Any suggestions? And it only happens in the inbox. Sent items, folders in the inbox-all work.

I would love it is someone can help me.

I’ve had that happen from time to time, but it goes away on restart. Sorry that’s not particularly helpful

It’s so frustrating!!! I think I’ll do a complete shut down tonight. And then a re-start after I login tomorrow. Maybe it will work this time.

But, if anyone else has a suggestion, I’m willing to try.
